If you have any queries regarding the cost of shipping please don't hesitate to contact us, we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
All orders are sent tracked therefore a tracking number will be emailed to each customer once their order is dispatched.
If a customer provides an incorrect address or postcode, we will not issue a refund or replace the products if the package is not delivered.
If an order is not delivered due to a customer not paying customs duty we cannot take responsibility for this.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for VAT, duty, taxes, customs charges, tariff's etc that the destination country may require.
This is not a charge made by us and we cannot give you an estimate of the cost that you may incur as it varies widely from country to country.
Please check your emails as you may receive one from customs regarding charges prior to your package being delivered.
If you miss your delivery please contact the courier to have it re-delivered or alternatively collected by you at their depot. We do not take responsibility for customers who miss a delivery. Sometimes these packages are sent back to us, if this is the case the customer must pay for the shipping again if they want the items
In the instance of a tracked shipment not being delivered within 35 working days (from the date of shipping) a refund or replacement of the products will be issued.
This does not apply to shipments that a customer has not paid the relevant duty/customs tax.
